These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GoldHire platform and services, provided by 100K Job Hunt, now rebranded as GoldHire (referred to as "GoldHire," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using GoldHire, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GoldHire, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use GoldHire.

2. Use of GoldHire

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use GoldHire. By using GoldHire, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your GoldHire account and to keep your account information up to date.

2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GoldHire account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.4. You agree not to engage in any conduct that may disrupt or interfere with GoldHire's operation or security, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access to GoldHire's systems or networks.

2.5. Adhere to all relevant legislation, encompassing privacy regulations, copyright laws, anti-spam statutes, export regulations, tax codes, and regulatory mandates.

You agree that you will not:

  1. Create a false identity on 100K Job Hunt (rebranded as GoldHire), misrepresent your identity, create an application for anyone other than yourself (a real person), or use or attempt to use another’s account;
  2. Develop, support, or use software, devices, scripts, robots, or any other means or processes (including crawlers, browser plugins and add-ons, or any other technology) to scrape GoldHire's Services or otherwise intent to copy applications and other data from the Services;
  3. Override any security feature or bypass or circumvent any access controls or use limits of the Service;
  4. Copy, use, disclose, or distribute any information obtained from GoldHire's Services, whether directly or through third parties (such as search engines), without the consent of GoldHire;
  5. Disclose information that you do not have the consent to disclose (such as confidential information of others, including your employer);
  6. Violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights. For example, do not copy or distribute (except through the available sharing functionality) the posts or other content of others without their permission, which they may give by posting under a Creative Commons license;
  7. Violate the intellectual property or other rights of GoldHire, including, without limitation, (i) copying or distributing GoldHire's materials or (ii) copying or distributing GoldHire's technology, unless it is released under open-source licenses; (iii) using the word “GoldHire” or our logos in any business name, email, or URL except as provided in the Brand Guidelines;
  8. Post anything that contains software viruses, worms, or any other harmful code;
  9. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for GoldHire's Services or any related technology that is not open source;
